As you might know, governments try to license and control the world wide web again and again. If this would happen, you wouldn't find free information on the web. You also wouldn't be allowed to say what you think, even if it's against the government. They could get your private data from sites like Facebook or Google. This means they are able to find out who you are, what you like and where you live. We already had this in Germany(DDR), but this was different. [Virus Warning] People seeking for Usb drivers for windows 8 to run their Androids are being targeted with malware !
Cybercriminals have started targeting Android device owners looking to connect and modify their smartphones and tablets. They are using searches for phrases like “Windows Android drivers” and everything in between to serve up malware for Windows computers as well as malware for Android devices distributed via fake Google Play stores.One such Yahoo search result is for the Samsung Galaxy GIO S5660 but naturally it is very likely cybercriminals are targeting more than just one device and on more than just one search engine.
Nevertheless, visiting the Russian URL in question automatically downloads a file called install.exe, detected by GFI as as Trojan.Win32.Generic!BT.The Trojan modifies Internet Explorer’s homepage to a sign-up page for a Russian “escort” site. Yet the scam doesn’t stop there. If a user accesses the same site via an Android device, he or she is led to various different malicious sites.One of them takes the user to Russian sites containing fake search results. All the links on the search pages direct users to one of five fake Google Play stores:
GFI says:
“Thinking that they’re on the actual Google Play website, it is highly likely that users may end up downloading malware onto their mobile devices.” We don’t think it’s “highly likely,” especially given that the searcher set out looking for USB drivers, but it wouldn’t be the first time Android users are duped by fake Google Play stores.Either way, there are two kinds of Android Trojan premium SMS apps being distributed on these fake stores, both detected as Trojan.AndroidOS.Generic.A. Like the majority of Android malware, these malicious apps sends expensive international text messages to earn their creators revenue. Some variants even connect to a Command & Control (C&C) server to send and retrieve data, as well as await further instructions.
GFI offers the following advice:
These fake markets are looking more and more sleek and professional, so extra care is advised. Only visit and download genuine apps from the real Google Play website by keying in play.google.com to the address bar of your mobile or PC internet browser. This ensures that you will not be directed to sites that merely look like the actual site. This also ensures that the readily available apps you wish to download are not malicious.Yet GFI has forgotten about the other side of the story. Windows users looking for Android USB drivers should heed the same advice: only navigate to official sources to download tools for your phone. These include the site for your phone’s manufacturer as well as your carrier’s site.

Nexus 4, new nexus 7 and nexus 10 out
Google now showed us the New phone nexus 4 with a snapdragon s4 pro quadcore processor, a 4.7" display and an 8 MP camera. Oh, and it has Android 4.2 and will be available in Nov.13th in the EU.
Then we have the New nexus 7 with 3G and 32gb for 299€ and the nexus 7 with 32gb for 249€. So the nexus 7 with 16 GB only costs 199€.
And the nexus 10 with 10" display with a resolution of 2400×1800. It has a dualcore CPU. There will be a review when it is out.

Breaking news: google cancelled press event
We just heard that Google isn't going to show us the new nexus devices today, because they would have done it in an evacuated zone of Manhattan. Because of hurricane sandy many parts of Manhattan are evacuated and the wall street stays closed tomorrow and there are also no trains, busses or subways.

GTA Vice city for Android!
Hey guys, we just got confirmation from rockstar games that they are bringing GTA Vice city on android and iOS because of their 10 years celebrity of the original GTA Vice city. This is the same as with GTA III in this February. So let's hope it'll come soon!
Nexus 7 final review
Now we tested a lot of the features and functions of Google's Nexus 7 tablet. You may know the specs already but I write 'em down again just for you missed them.
So at first we have:

-battery time of up to 8 hours surfing time and 5 hours gaming time

Review:
This tablet is at first really good for gaming because of its tegra 3 CPU. Nearly all games work without lags, even shadowgun as tegra 3 version with hi-detailled graphics (particle effects, lense flare and motion blur).
But it isn't just a gaming tablet. It is also great for watching movies or listening to music because it is very well connected to Google's sercices . You actually can do nearly everything you can imagine with it. Another great advantage is the "Nexus" status which means you will get the newest android updates right from Google without any customization and as smooth as Google wants it. So in my opinion, it is the best tablet you can get at this time.

Amazing alex test
This time we tested the new game by rovio, amazing alex. There you have to build chain reactions with elements like scissors, ballons or trees. It has really good graphics in HD. It has many levels, so you have many hours of fun with it. Enjoy!

So here is the test: it has impressive graphics and many cars, from Aston Martin to the Pagani Zonda. The gameplay is mostly like Asphalt 6 , but there is a multiplayer mode,too. If you already have Asphalt 6 , you have to think about if you really need it. See you!
